How much does a redesign cost, and when do I pay?

The redesign is a fixed price of $1,500: $750 to start and $750 at launch. You approve the design before anything goes live — the second half isn't due until you're happy with it.

How does hourly billing work?

Updates are $100 per hour with a one-hour minimum. I’ll review your request and provide an estimate before starting. If the work needs more time than agreed, I’ll ask for your approval before continuing.

How long does it take?

Most redesigns launch within 2–3 weeks. The main variable is how quickly you review the design — fast feedback means a faster launch.

Will my website stay online while you work?

I’ll review your setup and plan the changes to minimize disruption. Where possible, I’ll test on a separate copy first. If downtime is needed, I’ll agree on it with you before work begins.

Can you work with my current website platform?

Send me your website and I’ll review the platform before confirming the scope. I’ll flag any limitations or access requirements before work begins. Please don’t send passwords in the form or by email.

What if I need more than four pages?

The package covers up to four pages. If you need more, I’ll discuss the additional scope and price with you before any work begins.

Are hosting and ongoing support included?

The redesign package covers the redesign and launch. Hosting and third-party costs are separate. Ongoing updates and small fixes are available at $100 per hour with a one-hour minimum. I’ll confirm any additional costs before work begins.

Privacy notice

Your details are emailed to Service Boost through Google Workspace to respond to your request. Please don’t include passwords or sensitive information.

If you arrive through an outreach link, I record its reference, visit time, and accepted service requests to understand which outreach is useful. The reference is privately associated with the prospect and campaign. I use temporary browser storage to avoid counting repeat visits in the same tab. Attribution records expire 90 days after the link is created and are removed within the next day. I do not record what you type for analytics. You can remove the ref parameter from the URL before using the site to avoid this tracking.
